With frequencies located at the "top of the dial," WRNO Worldwide is positioned to transmit the full spectrum of Christian educational materials 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in multiple languages, especially to countries with restricted access to the gospel.

Why is Short Wave Important?

  • Inexpensive, portable short wave radios are the primary information source.
  • Ten short wave radios exist for every cable and satellite TV, internet address and satellite radio. This 10 to 1 ratio allows individuals, as well as families, to hear broadcasts.
  • Governments, including the U.S., use short wave radio
    for their international communications.

  • Initially, WRNO WORLDWIDE will broadcast for 8 hours/day (4 hours per frequency), 365 days/year. At the beginning of each hour, news updates will be announced in English.
  • As financial resources grow, the broadcast will expand to 24 hours/day.
  • Eventually WRNO Worldwide will broadcast the gospel in
    multiple languages across 75% of the globe 24/7.
  • The programs will simulcast worldwide through Internet radio.
